Ricardo Zwiener

Ricardo Zwiener is a highly experienced Allergist and Clinical Immunologist, currently serving as the Coordinator of the Hereditary Angioedema HAE Committee at the Asociación Argentina de Alergia e Inmunologia Clinica since August 2024. Zwiener has also been a reviewer for the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology since April 2023 and for the World Allergy Organization since July 2021. Since June 2003, Zwiener has been practicing at Hospital Universitario Austral while holding multiple roles within various committees, including membership in the Hereditary Angioedema Committee and Drug Allergy Committee for the Sociedad Latinoamericana de Alergia, Asma e Inmunología since July 2019. Previously, Zwiener served as the Director of the Drug Allergy Committee at Asociación Argentina Alergia e Inmunologia Clinica from August 2018 to July 2024 and co-directed the Allergist and Immunologist Career from March 2018 to February 2022. With a solid educational background that includes an MD from Universidad Católica de Córdoba and a fellowship in Allergist and Clinical Immunologist from Universidad Austral, Zwiener has established a robust professional presence in the field.
