Luis Monserrat

Luis Monserrat is an experienced entrepreneur and executive, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Hospitality Innovators, Inc. since January 1999. Monserrat also holds the position of President and CEO at Ardent Development Corporation, which Luis co-founded in 2006, successfully leading the development of multiple condominium projects in the Philippines. Prior to these ventures, Monserrat held significant roles, including President of Primetown Property Marketing, Inc. and Executive Vice President of Primetown Property Group, Inc. Monserrat's earlier career includes key marketing positions at E. & J. Gallo Winery and The Coca-Cola Export Corporation, where responsibilities spanned various international markets. Monserrat holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Saint Mary's College of California.
