Kate Conroy

Kate Conroy is currently the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Hospitality Minnesota, where she works towards propelling the growth and success of Minnesota's hospitality industry. Additionally, she is the Founder & President of Blue Feather Consulting, where she helps professionals improve their networking and communication skills for business development. Previously, Kate held the position of Vice President at the New Jersey Business & Industry Association from April 2015 to November 2023, where she led teams in managing programs and events and achieved positive financial goals. She also served as Vice President at the Gateway Regional Chamber of Commerce, representing and advancing the business interests of members in the North Jersey, New York Metropolitan Region. Before that, Kate worked as a Nurse Recruiter at All Care Nursing, recruiting nurses in New Jersey and managing staffing operations. Kate holds a Master's degree in History from Armstrong State University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Winona State University.
