Karen van der Kolk

Karen van der Kolk is the Managing Director of the Dutch Transformation Collective, focusing on purposeful transformation and value creation since January 2024. Additionally, Karen serves on the Advisory Board of the Hospitality Synergy Group and has held significant leadership roles such as Senior Director of Strategy & ESG at FTI-BOLD and Partner Transformations at Trikas. With extensive experience in driving growth and operational optimization through transformation processes, Karen has successfully executed strategies across various organizations, including leading marketing and innovation initiatives at Technical Valley and directing projects within public-private partnerships like House of Digital. Educationally, Karen holds a degree in Economical Geography from the University of Amsterdam.
