Karen Montague

Karen Montague, CEP has extensive work experience in the field of Total Rewards and HR. Karen started their career as a Stock Plan Administrator at Manugistics, Inc in 1996 before moving on to roles such as Director of Total Rewards at Host Hotels & Resorts. Karen was also the President & Member of the NASPP Baltimore Chapter and a Member of the Soul Factory. Karen'scareer spans over two decades with a focus on compensation and benefits management.

Karen Montague, CEP holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus (2009-2012), an Associate of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Prince George's Community College (1984-1988), and a High School Diploma with a focus on Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from Northwestern High School in Adephi, MD (1981-1984). Karen also obtained a Certificate of Completion in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People for Managers from the American Management Association in 2014.
