Abbey Kwietniak

Abbey Kwietniak has held a variety of roles in their career, beginning with a Front Desk Representative at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in 2012. In 2014, they were an Intern at the Lincoln University Media Center, where they used their editing and filming skills to document weekly Convocations for the University Archives. In 2015, they were a Customer Service Representative at Aetna, where they assisted members and providers with questions regarding Medicaid plans for Central and Eastern regions. In 2016, they joined Revint Solutions as a Verification Specialist, verifying patient insurance information and authorization requirements. Abbey was later promoted to Team Lead, where they trained their team in the Medhost, Cerner, and EPIC health care systems. In 2019, they joined Wolters Kluwer as a Customer Specialist, assisting customers with legal compliance using market leading information-enabled tools. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Host Merchant Services, LLC, where they built a team of highly effective technical support representatives and improved relationships with outside vendors and partners.

Abbey Kwietniak attended Avon Grove High School from 2007 to 2011, where they received their high school diploma. Abbey then attended Lincoln University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Communications.
