Paulius Preiksaitis has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Paulius started their career as an Intern at Swedbank in 2014 and then went on to work as an Intern at the Lithuanian Free Market Institute in 2015. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at TeleSoftas as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, overseeing backend projects using JAVA or .NET technologies, as well as mobile development and web projects.
In 2019, Paulius joined Danske Bank as a Scrum Master, responsible for improving the Scrum process for two in-house teams working on separate products. Paulius then moved on to Mobon Apps in 2020, where they served as the Project Delivery Lead, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects and implementing process improvements.
In 2020, Paulius joined Kilo Health, recognized as the second fastest-growing company in Central Europe by Deloitte, as a Product Manager. Their role included being the voice of the users and managing app and web products. Paulius also took on the role of Product Delivery Manager, overseeing five different teams and assisting with their priorities, time distribution, and HR-related tasks.
In 2021, Paulius worked for Vow Health, a fresh startup, as the first hire after the founders. As a Product Manager, they had various responsibilities, including optimizing the purchase funnel to increase conversion rate and average order value.
Currently, Paulius is working at Hostaway as a Product Manager, starting in 2023.
Paulius Preiksaitis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the ISM University of Management and Economics from 2011 to 2015. In addition, they earned a certification in Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in December 2018.
