Theron R. Henry has extensive work experience in the food industry. From 2014 to present, they have been working at Hostess Brands where they initially served as a Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing all plant QA activities and successfully obtaining an A rating for 5 years from BRC auditing body. From 2018 to 2021, they took on the role of Corporate Supplier Quality Management, where they managed and qualified over 200 suppliers for ingredients and packaging materials. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director FS, Ingredient Supplier Quality. Prior to their time at Hostess Brands, Theron worked at Snyder's-Lance, Inc. from 2011 to 2014, serving as a QA Food Safety SR-Supervisor and a Production Supervisor.

Theron R. Henry earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Technology/Technician from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Theron R. later pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Community College of the Air Force. Theron then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in areas such as preventive controls for human food safety, first aid/CPR/AED, food safety management, lean six sigma, OSHA training, internal auditing principles, and SQF certification.
