Pierre Frarin

Pierre Frarin has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Pierre is currently serving as the CFO at HostnFly since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at RATP Dev as a Bid Finance Leader from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for managing the financial workflow of complex bids, including financial proposal, team management, and financial risk assessment.

Before RATP Dev, Pierre worked at Camusat from 2017 to 2020, where they held the positions of Project Director and ESCO & Investment Project Manager. Their responsibilities included financial modeling, contract negotiations, and operational follow-up of ESCO projects. Pierre also assisted top management in structuring the group and creating tools for subsidiary support.

From 2015 to 2017, Pierre worked as an Analyst Transaction Services at KPMG, where they conducted financial due diligence for large-cap companies. Pierre analyzed historical and forecasted financial figures, cash flows, and working capital.

Pierre also gained experience as a Personal Banker Intern at CIC in 2014 and as a Private Equity Intern at Céréa Capital in 2013. In these roles, they worked on investment analysis, due diligence, and reporting tasks.

Additionally, Pierre had internships at KPMG as a Financial Audit Intern in 2013, where they conducted audit missions for mid-cap companies, and at CAISSE D'EPARGNE as an intern in the Corporate department in 2012.

Pierre also served as the Treasurer at Audencia Junior Conseil in 2012 and as the President of the Student Office of the "Classe Préparatoire" from 2010 to 2011.

Pierre Frarin obtained a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from Audencia, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Pierre also attended the University of International Business and Economics in 2014, specializing in Corporate Finance, Strategic Management, Management and Business in China, and Chinese. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, Pierre completed their Préparation aux concours des Grandes Ecoles de Commerce at Classe Préparatoire Saint Paul Lille, focusing on Mathematics, Geopolitics, Philosophy, English, and German. Pierre completed their Baccalauréat Scientifique Option Mathématiques Mention Très Bien at Lycée Saint Paul Lens from 2006 to 2009.
