Robert Tapling

Robert Tapling is an experienced professional in operations and team management, currently serving as the Warehouse Operations & Event Operations Team Lead at Ventures Endurance since February 2020. In this role, Robert oversees inventory management and coordinates a team to ensure efficient logistics for event supplies. Previously, Robert held the position of Assistant Warehouse Manager, where responsibilities included planning shipments for over 20 running events nationwide and managing site operations. Prior experience includes time as an Assistant Store Manager at The North Face, where Robert focused on staff development and customer service, along with a role as a Secondary Sorter at UPS. Robert’s early career includes contributing as a Production Assistant at the Museum of Science and Industry during a citywide celebration of science. Robert holds certifications in Architectural Drafting and CAD from City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College and has a foundational education in architecture from College of DuPage and York Community High School.
