Janet Frias

Janet Frias has a diverse background in human resources and compensation management. Janet currently works as a Compensation & Benefits Manager at Hot Topic since December 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Global Benefits Manager at Forever 21 from December 2012 to October 2018.
