Perdie Alder

Perdie Alder is a seasoned entrepreneur and community leader, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Hotbed since May 2022, where the focus is on supporting ambitious startups through a robust platform and community. As an active investor in both Saarey and Aura Fertility, and Lead Mentor at Techstars, Perdie also engages in nurturing scaleup teams as the Host of ScaleUP Europe. With a background as Co-Founder and CEO of Spice Startups and former Head of Programme at TechHub, Perdie has extensive experience in developing growth programs for startups. Earlier roles include Community Manager at Reload Greece, where Perdie designed and executed accelerator programs, and Engagement Manager at Reward Gateway, managing high-value client relationships. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship from Bath Spa University and studies in Neuroscience from Harvard Online.
