Blanche Ongmessom

Blanche ONGMESSOM is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Principal CEO at DAVEN BAKERY & SERVICES since July 2017, Blanche specializes in transforming local products into gluten-free and dietary pastries. Prior to this role, Blanche was a pâtissière at Hotel Akwa Palace, starting in February 2002 and developing a passion for pastry after initially working in the control service.
