Warren Copeland

Warren Copeland is an experienced chef with a career spanning over a decade in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Chef at Hotel Arts since August 2021, Warren has previously held the position of Executive Chef at Holiday Inn Macleod Trail from December 2016 to September 2021, as well as a similar role at Holiday Inn McLeod Trail South for December 2016. Warren's experience also includes serving as Executive Chef at Compass Group from August 2015 to December 2016 and Aramark from October 2012 to October 2014. Warren started the culinary career as Chef De Partie with Marriott International from January 2007 to October 2012. Warren holds a Red Seal certification in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, completed between 2004 and 2006.
