Travis Mitchell serves as the Senior Sous Chef at Hotel Bennett since January 2019, bringing a wealth of culinary experience that includes a long-standing role as Head Line Cook at House of Munch since December 2014. Previously, Travis held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Cork Neighborhood Bistro from August 2013 to April 2015. Educationally, Travis completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Culinary Arts/Chef Training at Trident Technical College between 2002 and 2004, complemented by foundational education at North Charleston High.
