James Bootle has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. James currently holds the position of "Head of Fulfilment Strategy & Programme Delivery" at Hotel Chocolat, where they are responsible for leading complex business change activities. Prior to this, they worked as a "Fulfilment Programme Manager" at Hotel Chocolat and as a "Distribution Transformation Manager" at Tesco, where they successfully delivered high-profile change programs. At Tesco, they also served as an "HR Transformation Project Manager." Before their roles at Hotel Chocolat and Tesco, James worked as a "Business Improvement Manager" at Kier Group, providing internal business support and operations improvement. Earlier in their career, they gained experience in project management as a "Change Project Manager" at Morrison Utility Services and as a support role in the "Innovation Programme" at Thames Water.
James Bootle obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics with Management from Loughborough University from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended John Henry Newman School from 1997 to 2004. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Change Management Practitioner from APMG International and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Firebrand Training.
