Richard Plumb

Richard Plumb is the Founder and Creative Director of Richard Plumb Creative Ltd since December 2020, specializing in elevating environments, retail, and brand spaces, with expertise in design consulting for retail, interior, hospitality, experiential, and exhibition design. Currently, Richard serves as a Store Designer for Hotel Chocolat, enhancing retail store design experiences and customer journey mapping. Prior to this, Richard held the position of Retail Brand Experience Designer at lululemon, developing 3D design support for various retail environments and campaigns. Richard's earlier experience includes roles as Senior 3D Designer at The One Off, responsible for large format store designs, and at Green Room Design, creating pitch-winning designs for the retail sector. Richard's career began at Impact Retail, progressing from Junior Designer to Design Manager and encompassing roles that involved designing POS and exhibition solutions for high-profile brands. Richard holds an HND in Graphic Design from Leicester College.
