Sally Jones

Sally Jones, Chartered MCIPD, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior HR Manager at Hotel Chocolat since January 2023, where responsibilities include developing and delivering the HR strategy for Commercial and Group functions. Previously, Sally held positions such as HR Partner at bpha, focusing on embedding a partnering model and supporting workforce plans, and People Business Partner at RSPB, where influence and support were provided to senior management teams. Additionally, Sally has served as Regional HR Manager at Cancer Research UK overseeing HR for numerous retail operations and held leadership roles at Asda Stores Ltd and Asda. Sally holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Bedfordshire.
