Carola Flores has over 20 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in housekeeping management. Currently serving as the Executive Housekeeper at Hotel Commonwealth since October 2009, Carola has previously held significant roles including Director of Housekeeping at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club. Carola's expertise encompasses the management of housekeeping departments in luxury hotels and resorts, starting as Assistant Executive Housekeeper at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and contributing to the opening team of a AAA Four Diamond hotel with Jurys Doyle Hotel Group. Carola's academic foundation includes a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Travel and Tourism from Lasell University.
