Hunter Miller is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Walsh Hospitality Group since July 2021. Additionally, Hunter has held the position of Banquet Sous Chef at Hotel Commonwealth since August 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Sous Chef at Piattini, Line Cook at Eataly, and various Line Cook positions at Lucca Restaurants, Keepers, Fog Island Cafe, and Topper’s at the Wauwinette. Hunter began a culinary career as a Culinary Intern at Pinehurst Resort in 2016. Education includes an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America, completed in 2017.
