Jackie Lambert

Jackie Lambert, CHRM, CHIA, has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jackie started their career in 2006 as an Education Aide at the Child Development Center, where they gained valuable experience in classroom management and developed educational and fun activities for Pre-K students. In 2008, they worked as a Substitute Teacher at Camden County Schools, where they gained a wide range of experience in regular and special education classes, working with students from kindergarten to 8th grade.

Since 2010, Jackie has been associated with Hotel Development & Management Group, LLC. Initially, they held the role of Director of Revenue Management, where they were responsible for analyzing daily revenue reports for 13 properties, monitoring booking pace, and identifying areas for improvement. Currently, they serve as the Revenue and Content Manager/General Manager of Quality Inn Kennedy Space Center, where they are responsible for hotel operations, team management, problem-solving, and internet marketing.

Jackie Lambert, CHRM, CHIA has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the College of Coastal Georgia, which was obtained from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued Elementary Education and Teaching at the University of Central Florida from 2010 to 2011. Jackie also holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Teacher Education - Elementary from the College of Coastal Georgia from 2007 to 2009. In addition, Jackie has obtained various certifications including RISE Certification from Marriott International in 2018, Certified Hospitality Revenue Management from AHLEI in 2014, HOST from Choice Hotels International in 2012, and a Certificate of Mastery - Legal Services from West Florida High School of Advanced Technology in 2005.
