Eric Sarzoza has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Eric started their career in 2014 as a Management Engineer at Wyndham Vacation Ownership and worked there until 2018. Eric then joined Hotel Emma as a Building Engineer from 2018 to 2019. Eric then moved on to Vista Host Hotels Management & Development, where they served as a Chief Engineer from 2019 to 2020. After that, they joined La Quinta by Wyndham as a Chief Engineer from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Engineering at Hotel Emma, starting from 2023.
Eric Sarzoza attended Everest Institute-Austin from 2006 to 2008, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Eric did not obtain a degree during this time.
