Dean Reynolds

Dean Reynolds has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Senior Training Coordinator at Hotel Engine since September 2021, after previous roles as Member Support Training Coordinator and Member Support Associate. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at DoubleTree by Hilton from March 2016 to September 2021, where Dean held positions ranging from Front Desk Supervisor to Front Desk Agent and Room Service Attendant. An internship at Hotel Ouray in 2018 provided experience across Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Laundry departments. Additionally, Dean worked as a Food and Beverage Server at Sodexo in 2015. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel & Lodging Management from Johnson & Wales University, completed in 2019.
