Luzanna Marangoni

Luzanna Marangoni is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of People at Hotel Engine since 2024, Luzanna has previously held significant positions including Senior Vice President of People at SmartBear from 2019 to 2023, Director of Human Resources at EnerNOC from 2016 to 2019, and AVP, Human Resources Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance from 2013 to 2016. Earlier in their career, Luzanna was a Human Resources Manager at Homesite Insurance from 2005 to 2013 and worked in human resources at Evergreen Investments from 1999 to 2005. Luzanna holds a Master of Science in HR Management from Emmanuel College in Boston and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University.
