Craig Nishio

Craig Nishio serves as the Love and Aloha Quality Assurance Manager at Hotel La Croix since June 2021. Previous roles include Production Warehouse Supervisor at DCL, Inc. and various management positions at Hawaiian Host, Inc., The Royal Hawaiian Hotel, and St Regis San Francisco, where responsibilities spanned from production management to guest experience and housekeeping operations. Craig Nishio has extensive expertise in hotel operations, guest services, and staff training, having begun their career in front desk roles and culminating in managerial positions. Education was completed at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, earning a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Research Economics. Fluent in Japanese, Craig Nishio has contributed to enhancing guest experiences for both Japanese and non-Japanese clients throughout their career in hospitality.
