Casey Neuburger

Casey Neuburger, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Casey currently serves as the Director of Hotel Operations at Hotel Nikko San Francisco, where they lead all hotel operations during the COVID-19 pandemic and manages a team of 10 direct and 225 indirect reports. Casey also previously held the position of VP of Human Resources at the same company, where they implemented systems, process, and training improvements to increase employee engagement.

Prior to their current role, Casey worked at InterContinental Hotels Group as the Director of Human Resources, where they finalized a complex labor union agreement and oversaw all HR functions for 375 employees. Casey also served as the Director of Human Resources at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, contributing to the staffing and training of the hotel and restaurant during its re-launch/opening.

Casey Neuburger, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, with a focus on Hotel and Restaurant Management, which was obtained from Mercyhurst University between 1989 and 1993. Building on this foundation, Casey pursued a Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership at Mercyhurst University from 2020 to 2022.

In addition to the formal education, Casey Neuburger has acquired various certifications to further enhance their expertise.
