Adam Drummond

Adam Drummond currently serves as a Senior Associate at Hotel Asset Value Enhancement (hotelAVE), having joined the firm in July 2022 after previously holding the position of Analyst. At hotelAVE, a leading international hotel owner, advisor, and asset management firm, Adam contributes to managing over 1,700 hotels with a combined value exceeding $160 billion. Prior to this role, Adam served as Lead Teaching Assistant for the Real Estate Investments course at Cornell University from August 2021 to May 2022. Additional experience includes a Summer Analyst position in Strategy, Planning & Analytics at Beam Living, a role as a Real Estate Development Intern at WB Property Group, and an Operations Intern at BLADE. Adam Drummond earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration with a focus on Real Estate Finance & Development from Cornell University, completing studies in 2022.
