Maïlys Pensivy, CRME CHIA has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Maïlys is currently working at Hotel Asset Value Enhancement (hotelAVE) as the Vice President of Asset Management. Prior to this role, they held positions at hotelAVE as the Assistant Vice President and Senior Director of Asset Management.

Maïlys Pensivy, CRME CHIA, completed their education in a chronological order. Maïlys began with their Bachelor's degree in Scientifique from Lycée Sainte Ursule - Tours in 2007. From 2009 to 2013, they pursued their Master's Degree in Business Management at EDHEC Business School. Following this, they attended Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2012 to 2013, earning their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.

In addition to their formal education, Maïlys Pensivy has obtained several additional certifications. In October 2018, they became a Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) from HSMAI. In March 2019, they completed the Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management certification from Cornell University. Lastly, in March 2022, they obtained certification as a Certified in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) from STR.
