Jill Johnson Spencer

Jill Johnson Spencer has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on asset management. Jill is currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Hotel Asset Value Enhancement (hotelAVE) since July 2019. Prior to that, they held various senior leadership roles at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from November 2007 to March 2018, where they were responsible for optimizing financial performance, market share, and capital planning for a portfolio of joint venture hotels. Before joining Hyatt, Jill worked as the Vice President Asset Management at LaSalle Hotel Properties from 2005 to 2007, overseeing a diverse range of owned hotels in California. Jill also held asset management positions at Morgan Stanley, Lend Lease, and Deloitte, where they gained valuable experience in financial management and strategic planning. Jill began their career as a Senior Associate at HVS International in 1990.
