Fernando De Las Heras Sebastián

Fernando De Las Heras Sebastián has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Director General at Elba Hoteles since July 1997, overseeing a national hotel chain with 16 four and five-star urban and vacation hotels. Previous roles include Director Territorial Canarias and Director of a 356-room vacation hotel. Prior to Elba Hoteles, Fernando held the position of Duty Manager at The Dorchester from December 1995 to July 1997, and served as Jefe de Recepción at Hotel Hacienda Benazuza from March 1992 to November 1995. Additionally, Fernando began a hospitality career as a Recepcionista at Hotel Villa de Bilbao from January 1991 to March 1992. Fernando holds a degree in TEAT from the University of Deusto, earned between 1987 and 1989.
