Kenza Van Cauteren has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Restaurant Manager at Van der Valk Hotel Gent since May 2021, after progressing through roles including Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Supervisor. Prior to this, Kenza worked at Van der Valk Hotel Beveren as a F&B Shift Leader from September 2019 to May 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as Assistant Sommelier Intern at Restaurant Nuance Duffel ** and a Wine Trade Intern at Entrepot du Vin in 2019. Kenza began in the industry with a student job as a waiter at Resto B’art from May 2017 to August 2018. Kenza's education includes training at Hotelschool Ter Duinen from 2018 to 2019.
