Martha Kerubo has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and customer service industries. Martha started their career as a Quality Reviewer at Horizon Contact Centers Ltd in 2012, where they worked until 2014. Martha then joined Essar Telecom Kenya Limited (yuMobile) as a Customer Service Representative from 2014 to 2015. Following that, they worked at Savanna Sunrise as a Reservations Manager from 2015 to 2017 and later as a Travel Consultant for a brief period in 2015. In 2017, they became a Senior Reservations Manager at HotelOnline, which was the result of a merger between Savanna Sunrise and Hotel Online Sp. z. o. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Country Manager for Kenya at HotelOnline. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of VP Hotel Successs at HotelOnline. Most recently, they have been working as the Chief Operations Officer at HotelOnline since September 2020.
Martha Kerubo pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Mount Kenya University in 2014. In 2012, they also attended Cambridge College to obtain a certification as a Certified Customer Interactions Professional.
