Bas Lemmens

Bas Lemmens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the travel and tourism industry. Currently serving as President of Hotelplanner EMEA and CEO of Meetings.com since 2018, Bas specializes in hotel sourcing and event management, leveraging technology to enhance client experiences. Bas also holds the position of Head of Governmental Affairs at the World Travel & Tourism Council, promoting the interests of the global travel sector. Additionally, Bas is a member of the Advisory Board at BWG Strategy LLC and previously served in various advisory roles for startups and organizations focused on sales strategy, business development, and online marketing. Bas's entrepreneurial background includes founding ROOMLR, a locator of holiday homes and apartments, and being a partner in multiple tech-focused initiatives.
