Michael Falk has extensive work experience, starting in 2005 as a Process Excellence CO-OP at Johnson & Johnson. Michael later worked at Johnson & Johnson in various roles, including Senior Manager and Global Deployment Manager, before joining Hotels at Home as the VP of Operations in 2022. At Johnson & Johnson, their responsibilities included managing warehouse strategy and capabilities, business integration, business intelligence and analytics, distribution analysis, and revenue management. In their most recent role, they led the development of fully managed branded e-commerce solutions for major hotel brands worldwide.
Michael Falk attended Cornell University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering.
