Karr Yutuc has worked in various customer service and technical support roles since 2008. They began their career at muvee Technologies as a Technical Support and then moved on to oDesk as a Customer Service Associate in 2009. In 2011, they rejoined Recurly as a Tier I Support Agent and then left in 2013. In 2018, they joined Ad Reform as a Lead Customer Success Specialist and then moved on to HotelsByDay in 2020 as a Lead Customer Support Specialist. Finally, they rejoined Recurly in 2019 as a Technical Support Specialist.

Karr Yutuc attended AMA University from 1999 to 2001, studying Business and Marketing.
