Cristina Hernández Santonja has a wide range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Cristina started their career as a Front Desk Receptionist at Radisson Hotel Group in 1996. After gaining experience in various departments, they moved on to work at Meliá Hotels International as the 2nd Head of Front Office and Credit Control. Cristina was responsible for opening the Executive Floor and reorganizing the reservation and sales department.
