Acris Valdivieso

Acris Valdivieso has extensive experience in customer support and technical roles. They started their career in 1994 as a Customer Support Consultant at Convergys, where they worked until 2010. From 1996 to 2008, they also worked as a Senior Customer Support Specialist at Primus Professional Services. In 2009, Acris joined Teleperformance, USA as a Technician Support Services, where they worked until 2016. They then worked as a Transport Coordinator at A2C Solutions Group LLC from 2016 to 2018. Currently, Acris is employed as a Technical Support Specialist at Hotwire Communications Ltd.

Acris Valdivieso completed an Associate's degree in Computer Assisted Design and Drafting from A.T.I from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, from 1974 to 1981, Acris Valdivieso obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Guayaquil in Ecuador.
