Bruno Fernandes

Bruno Fernandes has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and companies.

Bruno started their career at American Express in 2013, working as a Credit Specialist for the duration of the year.

In 2014, they joined Hotwire Communications Ltd, where they began as a Customer Service Lead / TAC Support. Bruno then progressed to the role of Senior Billing Specialist before transitioning into the role of Client Success Specialist - High Value Commercial Portfolio. Bruno further advanced in the company to become a Business Development Project Manager - Commercial Division. Following this, they served as a Regional Operations Project Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Manager - Commercial Order Management at Hotwire Communications Ltd.

Bruno Fernandes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Universidade Paulista. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
