Grant Gorski has a diverse work experience in community relations, business development, general management, and association management. Grant is currently working at Hotwire Communications Ltd as the Director of Community Relations. Prior to this role, Grant served as the Business Development Executive at Hotwire Communications Ltd. Grant also worked at ICON Management Services, Inc. as the General Manager from 2018 to 2021. Before that, Grant held the position of Onsite Manager at Cardinal Management Group of Florida, Inc. for a period of five years. Grant'sresponsibilities included overseeing the daily operations of nine associations and analyzing financial statements. Grant's career in association management began at Sentry Management Inc., where they worked as an Association Manager and later as an Administrative Assistant.

Grant Gorski earned a Bachelor's degree in Resort and Hospitality Management from Florida Gulf Coast University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in the field of community association management. In 2006, they obtained the LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager) certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Grant then went on to earn the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) certification from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board in September 2015 and the AMS (Association Management Specialist) certification from the Community Associations Institute in December 2015. Grant'smost recent certification is the PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) certification, which they obtained from the Community Associations Institute in July 2017. Grant also holds a Real Estate Sales Associate license from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, which they obtained in September 2013.
