Jose C. Vilela

Jose C. Vilela has a diverse work experience in the field of network engineering and technical support. Jose C. began their career in 2015 as a Telecommunications Specialist at AT&T, where they installed, repaired, and troubleshot various telecommunications networks. Jose C. also configured and serviced customer-premises equipment and provided technical support to customers.

In 2020, Vilela joined Hotwire Communications Ltd as a Technical Support Engineer, where they configured and troubleshot switches and ONTs, and resolved network-related issues. Jose C. then transitioned to the role of Network Engineer at Flagler Technologies in 2021, where they received training for Cisco exams related to designing enterprise wireless networks and networks.

Currently, Vilela is working as a Network Engineer at Hotwire Communications Ltd. In this role, they are responsible for deploying changes and upgrades on the core network, maintaining and supporting existing infrastructure, and designing and implementing network portions for new property launches.

These include the Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Design, obtained in August 2021, the Cisco Certified Networking Professional - Enterprise, obtained in May 2020, as well as the Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Advanced Infrastructure Implementation, and Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Core, both obtained in May 2020.
