Joshua N. has a diverse work experience in the field of network engineering and IT support. Joshua started their career at Comcast in 2006, where they initially worked as a Communication Ops Field Technician 4, completing installations for video and high-speed internet. Later, they transitioned to the role of Network Surveillance Tech 2, where they directed field technicians, provisioned modems, configured ports, and trained support representatives.
In 2015, Joshua joined Tech Support Wizards as an IT Field Technician, where they performed installations and troubleshooting for the hospitality industry, built and repaired hardware, and converted legacy PBX units to VoIP PBX.
At Hotwire Communications Ltd, Joshua worked in various roles. From 2015 to 2016, they were a QA Technician responsible for quality assurance inspections and repairs during Hotwire service launches. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Network Operations Center Engineer, monitoring and administering Cisco routers, switches, and other equipment. Lastly, since August 2022, they have been working as a Commercial Senior Access Network Engineer, responsible for planning, configuring, designing, and deploying network equipment, performing equipment upgrades, and collaborating across departments.

Joshua N. completed their high school education from Miami Beach Senior High between 1998 and 2002, earning a High School Diploma with a focus on Computer Science. Afterward, they attended the IT Academy from 2012 to 2013, where they pursued a Technical degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. In January 2013, they obtained the CompTIA Network ce certification from CompTIA. Later, in March 2018, Joshua obtained the Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) certification from Cisco.
