Lazaro Sanchez Velazco has a diverse work experience in the field of networking and IT management. Lazaro started their career in 2002 as a Network Administrator at Empresa Electrica la Habana, where they managed data backups, introduced VMWare infrastructure, and facilitated smooth network operations for a company with 500 employees.

In 2008, Lazaro joined SNET as a Network Architect. Lazaro played an important role in the design and expansion of a medium-level WISP network. Lazaro later became the leader of the Network Administrators Department, responsible for IP addressing, routing scheme, network topology changes, and regular maintenance. Lazaro also performed monitoring and load-balancing duties to ensure the best quality of services for clients.

In 2012, Lazaro worked as an IT Manager at ICRT - Direccion de la Radio. Lazaro conducted risk assessments of the network, collaborated with multiple teams to identify and resolve complex network design problems, and installed and configured firewalls to enhance network security.

In 2016, Lazaro became a Business Owner at NWT Systems, where they designed and deployed a medium-sized WISP network with over 200 residential customers. Lazaro completed numerous customer premise equipment installations and maintained positive and professional relationships with customers.

Currently, Lazaro is employed at Hotwire Communications Ltd. Lazaro started as a NOC Network Engineer II in 2019 and later advanced to the role of NOC Lead Engineer. Lazaro is currently working as a Wireless Engineer, utilizing their expertise in wireless technologies.

Overall, Lazaro Sanchez Velazco has gained extensive experience in wireless engineering, network architecture, IT management, and customer relationship management throughout their career.

From 2010 to 2014, Lazaro Sanchez Velazco attended the Universidad Tecnológica de La Habana "José Antonio Echeverría" (CUJAE) in Cuba. Lazaro obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering during this period.
