Maria Jose Pinto Bautista

Maria Jose Pinto Bautista has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Maria Jose began their career as a Project Engineer at CANTV in 2008, where they focused on monitoring civil works and energy interconnections. In 2009, they joined Alcatel-Lucent as a Radio Frequency Engineer, working on projects for TELEFONICA VENEZOLANA. Maria Jose'sresponsibilities involved analyzing and evaluating KPIs for CDMA EvDO and GSM networks, as well as resolving network failures. Maria then moved on to Telefónica in 2012, where they took on the role of Senior Core Network Engineer. In this position, they were involved in planning and dimensioning network equipment from NSN and Huawei. Maria Jose also played a role in integrating new products and services into the core network and peripheral equipment. Currently, Maria is working at Hotwire Communications Ltd. In their previous role as a Tier II Engineer, they provided support for end-users in networking, hardware, and software. Maria Jose also handled the provisioning and troubleshooting of ZTE and Alcatel ONTs and cable modems for data and voice services. Most recently, they have been serving as a Network Operations Center Engineer at Hotwire Communications Ltd, where they monitor and responds to network infrastructure outages, escalates issues, and provides inbound call support.

Maria Jose Pinto Bautista completed their education in a chronological order. Maria Jose first attended IESA from 2014 to 2015 and obtained a Diploma in Marketing with a field of study in Marketing. Maria Jose then pursued their higher education at the Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica de la Fuerza Armada from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a degree in Telecommunications Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Maria Jose Pinto Bautista has obtained several certifications. In March 2021, they became a Cisco Certified Networking Professional - Enterprise. In February 2020, they obtained the certification for Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Advanced Infrastructure Implementation and also completed a certification in the Understanding of Cisco Network Devices. In January 2020, they achieved the CCNA certification from Cisco.
