Megan West has over 10 years of experience in marketing. Megan is currently working as the Director of ABM & Marketing Services at Hotwire. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing Consultant. Megan's previous role was Senior Practice Director of Marketing and Creative Services at Brands2Life, where they were responsible for growing the agency's integrated marketing capabilities. Before that, they held various roles at The Marketing Practice, including Client Director and Account Director, where they led teams and developed marketing programs for major clients. Megan also has experience working as a Search Executive at Latitude Digital Marketing and as a Marketing Executive at Halfords.

Megan West obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from Liverpool John Moores University in the years 2007 to 2011. In 2022, they completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson.
