Tim Rich

Tim Rich is a seasoned professional in real estate and store development, currently serving as the Vice President of Real Estate and Store Development at Houchens Food Group since January 2023. Rich has been with Houchens Industries, Inc. since March 2006 and has held the positions of Vice President of Houchens Properties and Director of Property & Store Development. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Gray Construction from May 1996 to March 2006 and as an Engineer of Bridges & Buildings at Conrail from May 1986 to May 1996. Tim Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky, where studies were completed from August 1981 to May 1986.
