Amy Goldie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer fulfillment and operations at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt since December 1998, currently serving as Senior Vice President, Customer Fulfillment Services. Goldie's expertise encompasses a range of leadership positions, including Vice President roles in Customer Service Operations and Digital Supply Chain Operations, where significant process transformations and cost reductions were achieved. Goldie's career highlights include the implementation of foundational supply chain policies, robotic process automation, and the development of digital customer experiences. A graduate of Elmira College with a B.S. in Political Science and English Literature, Goldie also completed a Supply Chain Certificate Program at Quality Management Solutions, Inc.
