Kathy Busby

Kathy Busby is an experienced educational sales professional with over three decades in the industry. Currently serving as Regional Vice President Sales K-12 at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt since August 2012, Kathy's previous roles include Senior Vice-President of State Adoption Sales at Holt McDougal and positions at Harcourt School Publishers, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Vice-President National Sales to Texas Sales Manager. Earlier career experiences include sales roles at ScottForesman and teaching positions in Pasadena ISD and Katy ISD. Kathy holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Houston, and an Associate's degree in Elementary Education from San Jacinto Junior College.
