Lauren Day

Lauren Day serves as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at HMH since August 2022, leading efforts across the Full Time and Contingent Workforce on a global scale. Prior to this role, Lauren held senior positions at OutSystems, ZoomInfo, Cerence Inc., Iron Mountain, EMC/Virtustream, Microsoft, and founded Lauren Day Associates. Lauren has extensive experience in talent acquisition, focusing on diverse sectors including technology and executive recruiting. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Spanish from Syracuse University.
