Pete Liedtke

Pete Liedtke currently serves as Sr. Manager of Customer Fulfillment Services at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt since April 2023, previously holding the role of Revenue Operations Manager. Prior to this, Pete was with Northwest Evaluation Association from April 2005 to April 2023 as a Revenue Operations Manager and Business Operations Analyst, specializing in sales support, financial reporting, and subscription billing. Earlier experience includes a position as Sr. Credit & Collections Analyst at Symantec Corporation, managing collections for notable distribution accounts and ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Pete's career began at the University of Puget Sound as a Sr. Consultant, providing computing support. Pete holds a BA in International Political Economy from the University of Puget Sound.
