Shaddoe Lambert

Shaddoe Lambert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in educational roles and product management. Currently serving as a Product Manager and previously as a Customer Success Manager at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt since May 2023, Shaddoe has a solid background in customer experience management from Classcraft, where the role was held from September 2021 to May 2023. Prior to this, Shaddoe contributed to the education sector as an English Teacher at Burke County Public Schools from August 2017 to September 2021 and at Cleveland County Schools from August 2014 to June 2017. Shaddoe holds a Master of Education in Secondary English Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and dual degrees in Secondary English Education and English Literature from Western Carolina University.
